coming up
So last week almost killed me. Many late nights and a fair amount of frustration with computers. progress with computers though too: maya is now installed both on the laptop and at home. now to learn it.
coming up:
- concept ideas and models/sketches/images for the studio project this semester
- final design ideas for the design/build seminar - I'm with the structural frame/skin group designing some sort of honeycomb/cellular/module which we can make and fabricate in a month and a half for less than 10k
- structures lab report due tomorrow am 8:30
- train the 3rd group of studio 1 students on the laser cutter (groups 1 & 2 were last Friday)
- fix the bikes, finally. I've been riding on a wheel with two broken spokes for a couple weeks now and before that, walking.
