I read an article in a past issue of Cleo yesterday during lunch. I found that sometimes people have mean thoughts as a reaction of external factors around them. For example, wishing someone who is dying to be dead already is a reaction from the person who feel helpless because that person is sick and dying and there's nothing you can do to help.
