I work at a smaller chain pharmacy as a cashier. I’ve had my fair share of bad customers, some worse than others. Most of the regulars are nice and can/will easily joke with you and talk to you. But then there are the ones you just want to beat over the head.

Constipation
I've been crapping golf balls today (I swear, they were smaller than tennis balls).
I can only thank the Gods that I never had to give birth. Altho at least you get an epidural for that.
Considering the amount of pain and the bleeding, maybe I should ask for and epidural to go to the toilet. -

lots of water.
lunch: smoked mackerel fillet & 50gr of strawberry fromage frais -
Food Diary
So far, I've had:
At least 1 1/2 portions each of starchy food and greens,
1 portion of proteins (rich in omega 3),
About 1 portion of dairy,
1 portion of food containing fat AND sugar.
I'm not sure what I'll eat later, apart from more biscuits this afternoon. -
