So far, I've had:
At least 1 1/2 portions each of starchy food and greens,
1 portion of proteins (rich in omega 3),
About 1 portion of dairy,
1 portion of food containing fat AND sugar.
I'm not sure what I'll eat later, apart from more biscuits this afternoon.
