I forgot to mention that Doppler had his second check-up on Monday 3rd August. We were seen by our usual vet, Rose, who knows her stuff on small furries.

I warned her that he was a bit of a jerk, but once again he was good as gold! I'm so proud of him! She commented on how sweet he was and even picked him up at one point to move him from my ( Read more... )

Yet another thing that I forgot to tell you all!

I have a PC now, have had it for a while, in fact. My Dad cobbled it together out of parts we had sitting around. It's good for writing - I have Scrivener on it - and it's good for games like Spore, Minecraft and stuff.

( However, long time readers will know that I have never had luck with computers... )

Today has been a pretty busy day at work, especially for a Sunday. I think it was the usual formula of people taking advantage of the sunny weather + our staff situation on a Sunday (or lack thereof) + I was on the express till + I was asked to do the chalkboard and make it look good in anticipation of our regional manager dude visiting tomorrow.

Still haven't named my three newest rats. I've been collectively calling them the "Newblets" and Nathan suggested giving the two white ones the same name.

I'm seriously considering it. I'm thinking of calling them both Gemini. But they're both different rats, and I'd still like to be able to tell them apart.
