So after last weeks cutback week of training, this past week was peak week. Two 5 mile runs with a 10 mile run in between them. And yesterdays dreaded 20 miler. I'm not going to lie and say that I ran the whole thing. I hit the proverbial wall at around mile 15, which led to me seriously slowing up and even walking for a while here and there. Its
