LOOKIT. I will now never be happy with anything less than a pink vintage stove. (And refrigerator to match.)
I realized yesterday that I can't see POTC2 tomorrow because I am going to this instead. So I suppose it'll be Saturday. And then on Sunday it's Butterstick's birthday!

my favorite trailer ever
I went to see Memoirs of a Geisha yesterday and it was very pretty and angsty and blah blah blah but who cares because I got to see the Marie Antoinette trailer.
Oh em gee.
But it doesn't come out until next October. Next October.

the horror! but not really
This morning I opened the Post to find a little picture of a panda at the top of the Food section, and right beside him, in a listing of today's recipes, the words: Tai Shan's Chicken With Bamboo Shoots. My eyes skipped right over the "chicken" and I thought, OMG, they've actually done it.
But they haven't.
