NOTE: What I am calling the "Comments Page" is actually known as the Entry Page. I am calling it the "Comments Page" to avoid confusing it with the recent entries.

These classes and id's will only apply to Paid, Permanent or Plus accounts.

note: Leaving this at 100% will achieve the look that most people desire.  If you change this, I do not recommend using pixels for the width.
