If there's one good thing about the Mansion, in Will's opinion, it's that there's an unlimited supply of coffee. He's sitting in the common room right now, brewing some in a pot over the fire. The smell's wafting down the hallway and probably into some of the adjacent rooms, as well. Usually, he prefers to build a campfire and sit outside somewhere

Hisoka follows the scent of coffee into the common room, where to his surprise he finds a guy brewing coffee over the fire. Of course, the fireplace was a major cooking facility back in the olden days. And Hisoka has boiled a lot of coffee over campfires in his time.

"Hello," he says. "Smells good. May I have a cup?"

[Hisoka's five foot three inches (if you count his boot heels). Would Will be that short?]

Will smiles. It's not as broad as his usual grin, but it's still genuine. "Why not? It's just about ready."

"Thanks! I'm Hisoka Kurosaki." Hisoka sits down near the fire.

"Will Treaty," Will replies. He usually introduces himself with his first name only, but since Hisoka gave him a surname, he gets both.

If there's coffee brewing, Viv is there, pregnant or not. One cup won't likely hurt the twins, and she needs it, to get past the dragginess that the hormones are causing.

She'll be peering at him, a little hopefully. "Hey, hope you don't mind, but I could smell that all the way up the stairs."

Will smiles at her. He's halfway through a cup of coffee, at this point. "Then it's a good thing there's still some left."

She chuckles. "I was gonna ask if there was any left: Haven't had my morning cup," she says, stepping into the room and finding herself a mug. "I'm Vivien Harmon."

Despite his low mood, Will can't help grinning. "It's just because I haven't had a chance to drink it all yet. I'm Will."

Here are some twins who don't know much about coffee, but could well be talked into having some. Elured and Elurin pause by Will's spot, and smile, and wave.

"Hiya there, what's that smell?"

Their tone isn't judging, just curious.

Will's grin is a bit more enthusiastic than is strictly necessary. He really really likes coffee.

"It's the coffee."

Blink blink, the boys do not know what this coffee thing is, that you speak of.

"Coffee? What's that?" asks Elured.

"This," Will says, pointing to the steaming pot. "A drink brewed from roasted beans," he adds, helpfully.
