So we workshopped my story this evening. Mostly it went well and most of the things they pointed out I already knew about (plus they liked alot of it). However, many didn't get the ending... thought it was unfinished when it so wasn't. It was exactly what I meant it to be. So the question is... do they just not appreciate my genius... or.... So, I am still supposed to be writing something intelligent about Katherine Mansfield, but it is 1:21 AM and what am I doing... procrastinating. It would help, of course, if I had read any of the short stories in this book but the only one I have read is Bliss and *it* isn't in this book.
