Jiu Jitsu is going well. I think I'll be ready to test for my next belt in another few weeks. Aside from that, I got a swiss ball yesterday which is awesome. I did a couple things with it, like the dumbbell benchpress, and found that the unstable surface really added a notch of difficulty to the whole thing. Today as I ventured about, I looked upon the small coffee shop nestled between Starbucks and Tim Hortons in the Portage Place Mall. The name of this store escapes me, but I decided to go in and try their coffee since I had already tried all the black coffee flavors in TH and SB. They had a drink that was almost five bucks.
