It seems to me that there is something wrong with the ticket purchase system when booking three separate round trip flights (Sapporo - DC, DC - South Carolina, DC - London) is cheaper than getting an itinerary that lets me visit each place in turn (Sapporo - South Carolina, South Carolina - DC, DC - London, London - Sapporo). I just got off the phone with the ISP and they say they can't make it out before the 10th. The 10th! What could they possibly be doing with that time? I go to pick up the car today. Honestly, I'm a little more nervous than I am excited. I mean, I don't really /want/ a car if I can get by without one. It's almost two in the morning, but the pleated skirt and petticoat for my Akemi Homura cosplay, completed save for the portions which require hand sewing, are things of beauty and perfection. Note to self:
There is a plate of banana-nut muffins on the couch, which you neglected to move to a more appropriate place before leaving for work. Under no circumstance are you to forget this fact and plop either your bag or your person down onto the couch immediately after work, thereby smushing the muffins. Thank you.
