If we do this with wardens, why can we not do it with inmates, as well? They are just as, if not more confused about this place when they arrive and it really does not help if they are wandering around, getting the wrong impression about some people.

That could help, though I know some of them will like that about as much as they like anything else they are supposed to do.

I agree with this... I was an inmate and only just become a warden and I even asked for advice... but nobody gave it.

Even people who've been wardens for a while might benefit from first aid and self-defense training.
