Snow Day

Well, it finally snowed! Everyone here has been freaking out about the over-long fall (especially for the sake of the Ski Valley) and now the snow is finally here. Meh. Now I have to shovel for Bob. I haven't shoveled since March when we left Ohio and, frankly, I don't miss it at all. On the other hand, compared to Ohio, this is only like 6 -8 ( Read more... )

She's a sweet horse, too - a bit of a princess, but sweet. Her name was Lexus when her owner got her, but the owner is the type of woman who would rather die than name a animal after a luxury car, so she went with the closest thing possible. (Honestly, if Cyrus were mine, he might be Sirius. LOL)

Oh, and the teepees are center right in that picture. The first one starts right next to the red-leafed bush in the center.

We got our first substantial Ohio snowstorm a few days ago. I'm not entirely sure I would miss all this crazy Ohio weather either if I were to move away.

I used to get lake effect snow a lot, but since college I've been in central Ohio, so we get less of that.
