I'll be Home for Christmas
My Christmas vacation starts in 25 minutes and then I'll be heading to my flat to load up the car and heading to the parents' for my 5 days off. I'm super excited just to get away and relax and see all my family. I'm am, however, condemning myself to dial-up for the entire time I'll be gone, but it'll be worth it.

Snow!
I love snow. Actually I love how snow looks before people are out driving on it and walking on it and messing it up. The thing I love about snow the most however is the way it sounds when you step in it. That sort of crunch sound that is unmistakably "stepping in snow". My Computer
I talked with my dad earlier tonight (well, last night) and he said that the people fixing my computer called and it's fixed! It was the motherboard and they replaced it. Everything else seems to have been fine and most importantly, all my unbacked up France pictures are safe (and now backed up). This is very good news! -
Not to Sound Vain or Anything
I just got back from getting my hair cut and I have to say, I look adorable. I love my new hair cut!!! -
What this computer really needs, right now, is a Doctor.
A few weeks back, my shiny new laptop went ka-boom (or, turned off and wouldn't come back on no matter what). Luckily (ha!) it was right before Thanksgiving so my parents were able to bring me my old desktop when they came to visit. They also took my laptop with them to some place in St. Louis that Toshiba referred me to.

Please Computer God
My almost brand new computer (3 months to the day) has died. I tried everything I could think of. I checked the troubleshooting part of the user's manual. I called tech support.
