My almost brand new computer (3 months to the day) has died. I tried everything I could think of. I checked the troubleshooting part of the user's manual. I called tech support. OMG!

You're kidding right? Your baby isn't dead? It can't be? I feel for you, you have no idea.

Now to the relieving part, I have ALL the pictures from France on the computer. All of them. So there's no worry to be had about that.

Oh, thank you! OMG thank you! I've been so upset about the pics (my dad was going to bring me some CDRWs this weekend...) and you've just made me as happy as anyone with a dead 3 month old computer can be.
