Just got done watching "My Life Without Me," which, for anyone who knows the movie, was a DUMB IDEA. So my new therapist actually suggested a diagnosis for my kind of depression (that sounds funny... like, "now that's my kind of depression!"), something I've never gotten from a therapist before. And I didn't even have to ask. She thinks I may fall under the category of dysthymia, which basically means I feel moderately depressed most of the time ( Read more... )
