The "Car Talk" Guys, Click and Clack, the Tappit brothers, just announced that their program has a new satellite radio service: their driver will pick you up in a '76 Plymouth Satellite and drive you around town, listening to the radio.

We're done with morning rehearsals for Master Class. From now on, our days start after 12, and today was our first rehearsal on the stage. OMG--the set is beautiful!! In exactly one week, I make my Heritage Theatre Festival debut! HTF (the new name for Heritage Repertory Theatre) is the only company in the Charlottesville area that uses Equity actors, so landing a role in one of their shows is a big deal down here. Apparently, the Pope has allowed a special dispensation (dunno if it's just for Ireland or for the whole church) to move the celebration of St. Patrick's Day to tomorrow, the 15th, so that all the festivitating and celebrationals can take place, but still maintain the sanctity of Holy Week (as the 17th falls in Holy Week this year ( Read more... )
