I found out today that I was accepted to TWU's School of Library Science! I'm really, really excited and I'm hopeful that I might be working in a library again as soon as next year. I just got my scores back from the MAT...I tested in the 98TH PERCENTILE!!!!! I cannot believe this....eeeeeeeeee!!!! I literally jumped up and down when I opened my score report!

This summer was really crazy. I had three interviews for teaching positions - one at a school I really liked, one at a school I did NOT like, and one at a school that I liked and that liked me but ended up not having an opening. I have my first teaching interview tomorrow with Keller ISD!! I'm so nervous and excited! I really hope it goes well because Keller would be an ideal district. It's so close to our new house and they have a reputation for having great schools. Wish me luck!!

With the extreme craziness of these past tweleve weeks, I haven't had time to post at all BUT I had to share this. After numerous problems with our landlord (which I won't get in to now), Ben and I decided to move out and get our own house. So I know it's been a really long time since I last posted anything, but I've been really busy lately. If you don't know, I'm in graduate school now working on my teaching certification.
