An Unfortunate Dining Experience

Picture a pizza. Picture a crust consisting of short logs of rubbery string cheese wrapped in sub-par dough, and then picture it looking less like the one in the ad and more like a burnt, cancerous bread-serpent encircling a cheesy Midgard. Picture dried-out, insufficient sauce. Picture mushrooms miscolored and sickly sweet in flavor ( Read more... )

While I agree that Drakk is apparently a factory outlet mall for Wildheart, as is Baron Rivendare, I have personally been the beneficiary of the disenchant of several SC tunics. It is Valor that is truly the stuff of meatshieldy dreams, and though I am assured by others and apparently you, I have never seen a Dreadmist robe either. I stopped caring when I got a robe that beat the hell out of it in a 5-man DM west run.

All I can say is, patience. I am romantically involved with a woman with whom I ran DM East upwards of 40 times for a Quel Dorai channeling rod.

My advice as a longwinded knowitall WoW junkie and thereby bitter crust of a human shell is this: Take heart, for this brief moment; it -will- drop.

Now grimace and clench your fists, as it will surely drop after you have something vastly superior and have looked up the tier 0 set bonuses to find you could care less about breaking the set.

Then, to feel better, just stunlock the hell outta some lowbie on an escort quest. Felching rogues.

grumble();

"Disenchant SC tunics" makes me die a little inside, but I've seen Valor drop three times and watched it get disenchanted two of those, so. My need is especially keen since my current chestpiece (which is a [Blazewind Breastplate] ohgodtheshame) is dragging my whole look down. Well, it and the shoulders. All that need be said about the shoulders is that they end in "of the Monkey." Apparently I can't have nice things if they're meant to go between my waist and neck.

I've never used my roguish powers for the particular evil of stunlocking lowbies on escort quests, but I kill lowbie towns' Alliance flightpath masters with some regularity, because angry gnomes are funny. Then there are the occasional killing sprees in Teldrasssil, but those Night Elves are asking for it by getting themselves flagged and then standing around being all... Night Elvish.
