We got our batch of 26 chicks on Monday. One turned out to be badly stressed and despite carpe_patricium's persistent hand feeding didn't make it to today. The remaining 18 filler chicks have been gifted to good homes and we eagerly await each new development in our profoundly cute bantam chicks.

Apparently building the largest Apple store in North America doesn't mean anything but a lot of glass. The local store in the mall seems to have more stuff. Still it was nifty and there's nothing like seeing a $380 tie at Saks marked down to $115. Both numbers are stupid but it is Saks.
