Today I turned off my TiVo service. The S2 died some months ago and the S1 was retired when Ki left Boston in early August so it's clearly time to stop being sentimental (besides it's not like I don't have three HR10-250s).
Six years.
On the bright side there should be a new HD TiVo in about 9 months (standard gestation?) that will work with our sat-tv provider. No TiVo-web though and no TiVo account.
