This is a HUGE THING for me! Not only am I becoming more active and strengthening the friendship with the girls, but I am passing a boundary that I had set in place for myself ages ago.

this weekend, my VSC, TRAC OFF, and Check Engine lights came on in the toaster. TRAC OFF is for Traction and we think VSC has something to do with Stability Control and that the check engine light is attached to those as well ( Read more... ) -
Training starts today!
M&S convinced me to try for the half marathon with them (maybe even the full marathon!). Training starts today with an 8 week "conditioning" period that gets me ramped up to start the full training for the marathon. The conditioning isn't bad at all. the first week starts out with 5 second running intervals, and it goes up from there ( Read more... )
