I got some bad news on Thursday. My stomach problems seem to be related to the fact that my gallbladder doesn't work. Structurally, it's fine. It just won't squirt out the bile into my small intestine. It tries, gets backed up, and causes me pain. So I have to have a cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal surgery), most likely in a few weeks. I'm starting a vegetable garden in my back yard this year. I want to eat stuff that I grow and it seems like it will save money in the long run as well.
I'm ordering my seeds from Gurneys, as they seem to have the best quality and price. They also have customer reviews for each product and how it grows, so that's very beneficial when picking them ( Read more... ) -

I finally got a job interview for a phlebotomy job! It's in two weeks which is a long time to wait, but at least I got one. Hopefully I'll get some calls for more this week.

I love my little hamster man so much. He is such a cutie, and he is really sweet (especially for a hamster). He lets us hold him and pet him and make kissey noises at him. He even let Danielle smoosh his furry little head once. He's got the cutes little spikey butt fluffs ever.

Some fucker stole my debit card number and tried to buy themselves a new computer and a crapton of software with it. Thankfully for me, I have almost no money so the transaction was declined.
