I've recently been making use of SNMP, largely due to a need to monitor CPU temperatures and graph them in Cacti, which then turned in to monitoring full systems over SNMP through Cacti. Now I have started looking I know there is so much more I can use it for - anyone have any useful pointers for resources?

By now I am sure everyone has heard about Richard Hammond's 280mph crash last week, and subsequent rescue by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Shortly after the crash was announced, members of the PistonHeads forum were looking for a way to send their best wishes to Richard and his family. I went to the Steel City Cruisers show at the Outukumpu Sports Ground today, and saw many shiny cars (and a few Max Power efforts but I ignored them).
