Weekend Tours + Pizza Party
So March has been crazy. Magma Fest, the month long string of benefit shows for Hollow Earth Radio ended last weekend. Magma Fest raised $10,000 for Hollow Earth Radio!!!! Well, we made $4,000 from shows and then SubPop donated $6,000!!! That means that people don't have to worry about paying out of pocket for hosting, for awhile and there's money ( Read more... ) -
Winamp knows what to do
So, for some reason I think it's a good idea to make a mixtape of love songs from 1950-1980 tonight, instead of going to the Hollow Earth benefit show. (Luckily) while I was making it in Winamp, I accidentally deleted the play list of a dozen songs I had. I definitely don't feel like redoing it, so I guess that means I'm going to Dearborn tonight. Blanket Truth 6-Piece Band debuts! Sun (All Ages)/ Mon (21+)
I cannot tell you how excited I am for these shows!!! Please come out and see us, it would mean a lot to us. These are the first two shows I've ever played with a band. I've performed some songs with other people but never a full set.
