The weekend is nearly over now and it feels like it’s been a very long one. I’ve been quite busy since Thursday and now keen to relax. I feel pretty tired and I’m not happy about this. This means I have to do something to improve my energy levels.

whew! I got tired just reading about that. I can imagine you must be drained, in many ways. :)

You seem really well aware of lots of things. I think you're doing really well. Don't be afraid to take your time. These are big changes we go through, and sometimes it's hard to feel like you're in in-between land, but sometimes we learn the most on the journey in.

I have a few thoughts:

1. I found out about masturbation from a school sex Ed assignment and was surprised anyone would like it. That is a pretty normal dysphoric reaction. so is the shift in sexual response/orientation on estrogen. I've seen transwomen friends go through it.

2. I have noticed a huge generation gap between the Boomer transfolk and the rest of us. I often get the "one of these things is not like the other" feeling when dealing with strongly binary transfolk. I think the changes you describe in your dysphoria and sexual arousal actually point to you belonging on HRT, even if you don't relate to the others.

3. I hear you on the lost and having to call for directions. I've done that with Seattle Counseling.
