Hi guys. I have a medication question. I'm diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar and am currently on 300 mg Lamictal. I've been having horrible anxiety issues for years now, but it's gotten almost debilitating so I finally am trying an anti-anxiety. I was just prescribed 1mg Klonopin to take 2x a day. My psych says that obsessiveness is part of my bipolar. Do any of you deal with obsessiveness? Isn't it freakin' draining? I spent 15 fucking hours making the ~*perfect*~ grocery list and I'm still not done. Any thoughts on how to ease it?

I know that a lot of bipolar people have dual-illnesses, so I thought that I'd ask my question about anxiety here. I'm currently on Lamictal and was on 200 mg but due to a recent horrible down phase, my dose has been upped to 300 mg - 200 in morning, 100 at night. Since I've been taking the extra 100, it's been really hard to sleep. Anyone else have that issue?

Also, is anyone on Xanax for anxiety? If so, how do you like it?
