I had bought a plane ticket to see my mom this weekend for her 70th birthday. I arrived as planned and went straight to the hospital where she was admitted Friday night with severe diverticular pain. I've been here since. They finally pegged the persistent fevers as broncchial pneumonia and have her on three antibiotics, oxygen, and IV fluids. Her ( Read more... )
