Diesel had bone cancer in his toe, and it apparently can spread really fast so they're removing his leg. We get to bring him home tonight, but feeling drained, even knowing it may have saved his life, I didn't expect a prolonged limp to turn into a life-threatening situation. For those not following on twitter or facebook or wherever else, am sad to announce that yesterday afternoon our father passed away peacefully in the hospice he was staying in.
