For those not following on twitter or facebook or wherever else, am sad to announce that yesterday afternoon our father passed away peacefully in the hospice he was staying in. We were given some warning while I was in the US that he was 'that' ill, and we all got to visit and spend time with him. Jo & Vic were with him when he died, and I
