about 2 weeks ago, wish advertised 2 jobs in the guardian. to minimise the amount of time taken sending out application packs (we've had more than 200 requests in the past 2 weeks) i set up an auto-response system on outlook express, the idea being that people e-mail the jobs address with the job reference number in the subject line and oe ( Read more... ) -
