You know who I'm not mad at? still_ciircee and blood_opal because they she wrote PORNO. Porno that's hot enough to MELT YOUR FACE OFF. Now, if only Zel would write porno, too. Because I'm pretty sure it'd be SUPER HOT ( Read more... )

...but it seems like I'm hard-wired to only be interested in them. v-v" So you'll have to endure me babbling at you only about their stuff. (I sometimes feel bad, because you talk about such a variety of stuff, but I only ever comment on a small part of that, because I don't know the rest ( ... )

You shouldn't ever feel badly about only responding to parts of any given entry or things I talk about! Part of the reason I break the post up into sections is to make it easier to focus on just one part of the contents and, hell, it's not like I don't welcome comments that only talk about Arashi. Those are absolutely fine, so don't worry about it ever. ♥

re: SMILE - Hm, well. My instincts say that The Quiz Show is going to be next season's UtaOni in the sense that it'll be what everyone is talking about, more than SMILE will be. And if you like Sho better than Jun (which I will never understand the heathens of fandom who feel that way, what is wrong with you people u__u), you should go for the one that you'll probably enjoy more. If nothing else, SMILE will be there once you finish your final semester and you can pick it up again later. Or just wait and see which one gets the better reviews, I suppose ( ... )

Re SMILE - The reason why I'd rather watch Sho's drama than Jun's has actually less to do with one being my favourite and more with me being more interested in mystery-drama than in drama-drama, which means that I would watch SMILE pretty much only for Jun. ^^"

(On that note, the favourite thing is kind of hard, especially when it comes to Sho and Jun, because it's kind of - Ohno's my favourite, because he's special *cough* and yes, this comes from someone who studies special needs education *cough*, but apart from that it can be really hard to decide on a favourite, because often it's Sho; except that then Jun will do something like light up at his stupid bandmates antics and I'll love him to tiny little pieces even more than I love Sho. ^-^ It sort of wavers between - well, all of them, but mostly between Jun and Sho ( ... )

Somebody else who wants to feed Nino! I wanted to smack him on the second eco special--the first dish, with the deep-fried bread? The each got a thin little strip and Nino ate half of his. I want to shove fattening foods into that kid so bad.

I mean, he doesn't look skeletal or unhealthy and Nino knows Nino best and I understand what he means by not being that interested in food but a;ldkfjdk MY GOD, CHILD. When Matsumoto Jun is telling you to eat and is worrying about your food intake, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. He is underweight and I want to feed him so badly. I want his bandmates to poke food into him until he's ready to puke.

Also, yes! It totally annoyed me that Akane first broke up with Kenta because he ran away whenever there was trouble, but now does exactly the same - and doesn't even admit that she's doing that, but kind of explains that she "needs time to think", or whatever she said about that. v-v ( ... )

As for Manabe--yes! I agree with everything you said about her, especially how she didn't act correctly, but the show was careful to show that she was trying to think of the others and help them out however she could. And I love that Urara is cracked out but she's actually a really nice person underneath! And why is the show so fail on Akane when they're so great with all their other characters ( ... )

I love Himuro, because I totally get the feeling that - he's just like that, and he'll be this prince-like character to EVERYONE, which both cracks me up so much, because I can absolutely see all the old ladies being head over heels for that slick character, and makes me love him a lot, because whatever else he is, he never fails being honest about who he is, which makes me forgive him for a lot of stuff. (Plus? Kenta absolutely OWNS him with his remarks. XDD ( ... )

You know, talking about Himuro and Anzai like this, the show kind of has a running theme with both of them and why we like them so much--they're both really honest and direct about who they are, even if it's not the nicest person. They're both good at what they do (even if what they do is kind of batshit XD) and both embrace their crazy sides, but it's mainly that they're very much who they present themselves as ( ... )

IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN SO YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT I DO NOT WRITE PORNO.

Then can whoever hacked your journal and NOT PORNED at us do that again? Because I would read the hell out of it. I'm just sayin'.

And now I am going back to Sho and his inappropriate use of the stripper pole. SRSLY.

re: UtaOni - I definitely wish Sho had a longer cameo as well, maybe a bit more of a point to it, something more to tie it directly into Yatterman promotions, but I think part of the problem is how hyped it was and so we all sort of felt a little, "Wait, that's it? .__." about it. Still, it's one of my favorite cameos ever, alongside Jun as Sawada Shin on Yoiko no Mikata ( ... )

Voice: Ah, see, now I kind of get Ryousuke. He doesn't want to doubt his father but he knows something suspicious is going on--there was that scene in the hallway, other Doctor is acting strange, they're all over-tired, and...I really think CT would have sent the file back. Especially by the end of the day ( ... )

re: UtaOni - I don't think I can ever bring myself to like Sousuke and Haruki, partly because they don't get any real characterization and partly because this is just not enough to make up for their part of the totally uncool way Kenta was tossed from the band, but I really couldn't hate them. They felt like they were... lemmings, just following whoever was leader of the pack. And they kind of realized that they were in over their heads, which is why I think they went to Kenta, because they knew they weren't strong enough to hold this thing together.

I still hate that apology from Kenta, but it's not their fault. And I do love that Kenta basically gives them the same tough love advice that he got and I love how it showed how much Kenta had matured. And, ultimately, I don't care about those two, but I do care about Kenta, so if that conversation put him in a better place, well, I'm okay with it then, too ( ... )

Aside from the main cast, Kiba is totally my favorite butler. I cannot fathom the person who would not want to take him home and cuddle with him for hours and feed him cookies. Cannot fathom itAs for Kento, you make a really compelling arguement for where he's coming from and I feel like you could be on to something there. I would have to rewatch it again, but it feels like you have all the right pieces here--Kento's insightfulness and kindness in his own huffy way towards others, the way he relates to his older brother, the way he clearly saw Mei loved Rihito, the way it would fit with the drama having done such a delightful job with everything else ( ... )
