Sad news on the passing of Mick Karn, who had been suffering with cancer for a prolonged period. Mick was the bassist with Japan and Dalis Car amongst others and was an amazingly talented player with a uniquely fluid sound which is still recognizable today.

Off to Whitby soon! Since being lured away by a slightly larger & better value for money event in a certain German town, this is my first visit in about 5 years. Just a note to say thanks to the to the Tartarus crew, for inviting me to play on the 27th whilst in my DJX guise. It was a nice low key evening & refreshing to have the chance to play some stuff not aimed exclusively at a dance floor again.
