Mick Karn..
Sad news on the passing of Mick Karn, who had been suffering with cancer for a prolonged period. Mick was the bassist with Japan and Dalis Car amongst others and was an amazingly talented player with a uniquely fluid sound which is still recognizable today.
Japan were an incredibly important band to me in my formative years in so many ways & have continued to be a huge influence. 'Quiet Life' remains in my top 3 albums of all time.
