This weekend past was our first experiment with tofu. I made stir-fry. Or... I made my version of stir-fry. I have to say, it was pretty damn good. Tofu isn't bad. We went for the walk in Buffalo Grove for Israel Solidarity Day. I'm not sure what the point of the walking is, but I know they liked our donation. Cash Money! It was actually pretty cool.
