GenCon's preregistration and hotel registration process is coming up later this month. I checked today (as I have been periodically) and found that I could get a room at the JW Marriott using my rewards points. A pleasant flight back, followed by an uneventful drive home and no signs of unusual or undesirable activities having taken place at my apartment in my absence.

That was a fun trip. Things I managed to do:
1. Got into Southern California weather again.
2. Got good presents for my sister's kids.

The kids are cute, I've had Coco's, In-n-Out, and Togos for my meals, and the Kings won the hockey game 5-3.

Tomorrow, breakfast with Allen and more time with Karen, Jeff and the kids.

Yes, that far ahead, past Halloween, payday, 8 workdays, and a session of my Palladium campaign. On the evening of the 6th my vacation begins. I'll be spending that Thursday night out in Atlanta and catching a plane to LAX early on Friday. Plans are already filling up:

If I manage my vacation days just right, I just might be able to make a trip out to Los Angeles to see the Kings retire Luc Robitaille's #20 on the 20th of January.

Yesterday was grand. I got paid, finally. I took theglen to the Aeros/Stars game, and saw Da Moose and family. The game was horribly officiated, especially in the third period.
