Fudgy Fudge Pie!

I got this fantastic recipe from Recipezaar.com! I was searching for a use for cocoa powder (as I have a lot left over from the St. Patrick's Day Guinness cupcakes).

1 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used dark cocoa powder! yum!)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs

Melt butter; add flour, cocoa and sugar. Beat eggs with fork and mix with cocoa mixture. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until crust begins to form on top.

It was really simple and quick to make! And soooooooooooooo good warm! It's denser than a cake, but looser than a brownie (if that makes sense). You could totally whip this up for company or something, provided you had all the ingredients. ;) I served it with chocolate swirl ice cream and strawberries! Yum Yum Yum!

It's a good thing husband made me go for a run tonight... or we would be so fat from all these goodies ;)
