I got this fantastic recipe from Recipezaar.com! I was searching for a use for cocoa powder (as I have a lot left over from the St. Patrick's Day Guinness cupcakes).
I think it would be fine cold, but we haven't tried it like that yet... I'll probably still warm mine up a little because it's just so stinkin' good warm! :)
