Who graduated Summa Cum Laude?

I did.

Now back to regularly scheduled post-graduation milieu and depression...long update coming soon.

Alright...in spite of protestations to the contrary I've really been logging on to livejournal every chance possible to procrastinate. Besides, I just finished a three hour final about the bible so I earned this go around. My professor just gave me a week extension on the two papers. I can seriously do this...last semester I had to write 30 pages in like 72 hours, so this is like 7 days with the same amount of writing. Thank god for people like Dr. Rawski...seriously he was really nice about it. He's one of my favorite professors ever since he's ridiculously smart ( Read more... )

Today was kind of a surreal day....my allergies are getting worse instead of better, unfortunately. I couldn't sleep through the night because I had post-nasal drip, and then I had that thing where you mouth keeps watering and it feels like you are going to throw up. So I actually read the Book of Matthew for my class...and I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. While there are some beautful passages - the Sermon on the Mount as a prime example, I don't think I jive with Christianity at all and this brief foray into thinking I could be Christian is really pretty silly. Hmm...so not too much of interest has happened this week. I had some interesting shifts at work - I was told to "go to hell", then today I had two soft refusal conversions (a soft refusal is people who say they are "not interested" and we have to call them back again two weeks later).
