Thank God
My professor just gave me a week extension on the two papers. I can seriously do this...last semester I had to write 30 pages in like 72 hours, so this is like 7 days with the same amount of writing. Thank god for people like Dr. Rawski...seriously he was really nice about it. He's one of my favorite professors ever since he's ridiculously smart and nice, even if he did vote for Bush and is a neocon. He was like "yeah, I fucked up in Grad School too, we all deserve a break" and then gave me a little pep talk. It's all in my hands now. I can graduate with my econ major...it wasn't a totally fucking waste of time. It's a lot of work, but I do my best stuff under pressure (i.e. the 25 page paper I wrote in three days that was the best paper I ever wrote). Send me good vibes people... I will be in self-imposed exile following birthday celebrations on Friday.
Birthday tomorroww....80s night tonight, time to get my haircut with Jay...my hairdresser at supercuts lol. I'm really fucking tired, so it will just be adrenaline at 80s night...so yeah. But that's enough.
Oh...tarf got his job too!! I'm so excited for him. It seems like everyone's getting jobs these days...maybe I'll be next? (cough cough).
