It's -46 with the wind chill this morning.  Julia was bundled up and sent to school, Jack headed to the city for an appointment, and Charlotte and I will hunker down and stay indoors today.   We'll keep busy with domestics, I'll try and get some studying and scrapbooking done, and maybe we'll snooze under a blanket together this afternoon.

It's a good day for snoozing, what with the temperatures so low! I reread what you'd written about your dear Abby, and I'm so sorry you weren't able to say good bye the way you should've. What are you reading? It sounds so sad.

It's a good story and I find it interesting, but with my memories of Abby's death, and then having my own little blond girl close to that age, it's hitting pretty close to home in some parts.
