I'm pretty sure that most people have a distorted view of their own bodies.  Looking in the mirror they see someone who is smaller or larger than they actually are.  For myself, i think i tend to see my reflection as slightly skinnier than i am in person.  Being aware of this i often look to other sources to tell me how i look in real-life.  I've ( Read more... )
