Stretch marks - I know only one mother who is 'ashamed' of hers and that's only because she has serious body image issues (can you guess who?) The only people who are even going to see yours are you, hubby, your docs, and maybe some of your closest friends who all love you anyway. And if you're really self conscious about them at the beach, there's always a one-piece suit. And to let you know, I do indeed have some. As for shrinking saggy boobies, they will indeed seem smaller for a while, but I think thats only because they've gotten so much bigger for now and you're used to looking at them in that state. They'll stay nice and perky if you are a faithful underwire bra person. Remember, you are beautiful and sexy AND a mother. No one is perfect, not even Hallie Barry and those other women you see in the magazines - they're airbrushed. Mom
I've always known you were beautiful, and I'm so glad that you feel happy and calm about your body right now, instead of how you thought you might feel.
A woman who knows how to love, how to give and receive pleasure, how to sacrifice, when to sacrifice, and what is worth sacrificing for, and what kind of beauty is only skin deep -- now that's a woman. :-)
I have found that more women love their stretchmarks than don't. Folk's just don;t talk about it (for all the reasons you mentioned). I danced at MedFest, I performed a dance in front of a few hundred folks, and I wore a costume that specifically showed my pooch with stretch marks. Women were awed, and some were crying. A woman came up after I danced and thanked me.
It is amazing how our bodies change. I am glad you are observing and choosing to look at the experience mroe closely. :)
