So, I did my daily weighing, and I weighed in at 212.5! HOLY CRAP! Now, if I can just maintain or lose a couple more before weigh in on Wednesday, that would be great.
I started at 222.2
now I'm at 212.5
down 9.7lbs! Almost 10lbs!!!!
That's half way to my 10% goal!
So, if I keep losing weight at this rate, I will reach my goal weight by feb or march. (
