Weight Loss: UPDATE!

I attended my third weight watchers meeting today :)
 I'm officially down another 2.6 lbs, with a total loss of 5.2. Two weeks of being good! My next goal is to start moving more! I have to say, when I want fast food, Subway has been my best friend. Here are some healthy changes I have made:
-Haven't had real soda in 2 weeks! And I don't plan to have it anymore anyway, it's a sugary mess.
-Haven't binged on greasy fast food.
-Started my vitamins!
-Drinking WAY more water.
-Stopped eating mayo and ranch on everything. (It's ok in moderation, but you NEVER want to use ranch to dip your meat or anything in. Empty Calories. If you must have ranch, get the Salad Spritzers. They are a lifesaver!) Now I just dip everything in Heinz 57 (0 Points Value)

I think I'm going to start a tracker :)
