Weight Loss: UPDATE!

Well, I've been on this plan for three weeks, and I have to say, this is the only thing I have ever been able to stick to! My jeans are too big, and I was actually able to wear a pair I had saved "Just in case..."they would fit again one day! I haven't weighed in a few days, but I'll save that for my meeting on Wednesday. My boobs are getting a little smaller too (Unfortunately for Jeff). I'm still in a 38D, but it's starting to get big on me.

I also find that I am not as hungry as I used to be! I no longer want to constantly stop for food at Taco Bell, and I am content with some chicken and salad! My new favorite place to eat out at is Subway, where I can get a 6" sub with Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Chipotle Southwest sauce, and lots of veggies. It only =7 Pts (With provolone!)

So, I'll update everyone with my weight on Wednesday, and my first month picture will be on the following Wednesday.
