Bettie Page died yesterday.

Most people who know me well knows how iconic she was to me, and how smitten I was with her. I am very sad that she has passed on.

The Neil Diamond concert last night rocked my face off. It was shockingly awesome. I even bought a rhinestone t-shirt that says "Neil Diamond ROCKS" on it. And I am not ashamed to wear it in public.

My mom had the time of her life, too. So it was a good night all around.

So Xan was in school this morning and I was cleaning my new cookie press and Piper toddled into the kitchen and asked for a cookie. So I gave her one of her wagon wheel cookies. She took it and wandered off. She came back as I was drying my cookie press and asked for another cookie, so I gave her another one ( Read more... )
