Long time, no post.
Man, I have not written in ages.
There is a whole mess of stuff going on. I will try to give the Reader's Digest version.
1.) Lynn and I are going to CostumeCon in Baltimore in May. Yay!
2.) Piper is going to be two in three months. WTF? I just brought her home from the hospital... what, a month ago? And she starts school with Xander at Goddard next week. Which means I have a few hours to myself every week to be productive. Hurray! (Major kudos and good words to my husband for this, since he pays the tuition and all. He is a very good man.)
3.) After having tonsillitis six time since Christmas, I finally had my tonsils removed last Friday. It has sucked. Having that done as an adult is a b**ch.
4.) Following odd lab results from a routine yearly physical exam, last week I found out that I have Lupus. Needless to say, I am still in the process of wrapping my head around that.
5.) Evan and I went to see Spamalot Sunday. While it was good and I enjoyed it, it failed to live up to expectations.
and...
6.) I have gotten a decent start on DragonCon costumes, which is already only five months away. Wow, that happened fast. Hopefully I can get at least one thing done before Baltimore in five weeks. Both kids being in school will help that,
