Strawberry Shakes?
It might be the colouring matter - "red" MacShakes make my lips come up although I'm not lactose intolerant.

This is In-N-Out. If the "red coloring matter" is anything other than actual strawberries, I'll be very surprised.

And again: not gonna try a VANILLA shake to see if IT makes me feel like crap for a full day.
